Self Leaders for Organisations

What are Self Leaders?

Practical, psychologically informed work that helps reduce reactivity, recover faster, and make clearer decisions under stress.

Self-Leadership is the ability to lead our internal system with awareness, compassion, and discernment — especially under external pressure.

Who is this for?

Founders, Senior Leaders, Managers, Social Care Teams
  1. Senior leaders and managers carrying sustained responsibility
  2. Frontline, safeguarding, health and social care teams exposed to high demand and distress
  3. Organisations navigating change, restructure, mergers, complaints, investigations, or crisis periods
  4. Founder-led businesses whose leadership team is stretched and reactive
  5. Teams experiencing conflict cycles, shutdown, or chronic over functioning

What this is not?

This is not personal therapy

It is not open ended therapy for an entire workforce, and it is not a space where staff are expected to share personal trauma stories in front of colleagues.

Outcomes for organisations

Better decision making, less burnout & healthier leadership habits
  1. Faster recovery after stressful periods
  2. Better decision making under pressure
  3. Reduced conflict escalation and improved repair
  4. Less burnout behaviour, more sustainable performance
  5. Clearer boundaries and healthier leadership habits
  6. Stronger psychological safety through practical ways of working

“After a high impact incident, the team was fragile and reactive. The support gave us a safe structure to stabilise, recover, and rebuild how we work under pressure. We now have shared language, an escalation and repair plan, and a noticeable lift in confidence and cohesion.”

Rachel, NHS Regional Director

"A merger isn’t just a business transition — it’s a season of uncertainty where leaders are asked to stay steady while their own ground is shifting. In this space, the temptation is to over-function, over-prove. The weekly sessions helped me calm my nervous system and respond with more choice. I am sleeping better, thinking clearer, and I can switch off at the weekend, instead of constantly being in work mode.

Chief of Staff, Healthcare

"I built this from nothing. I’m the face, the engine, and the emergency contact. The Immersive Day did what months of circling could not. We mapped the parts running the show, named the patterns and shifted what was keeping me stuck. I left with a clear plan and I felt like myself again, grounded, decisive, and back in the driver’s seat. "

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy for staff?

Team immersives and incident recovery group work are structured interventions designed for workplaces, with clear boundaries and no expectation of personal disclosure.

Will managers receive clinical details?

No. Organisations can receive attendance confirmation where appropriate and aggregated themes, but never personal clinical content. One to one EMDR is therapy delivered confidentially.

What is the difference between the immersive day and weekly sessions?

Weekly work supports steady change over time. The immersive day creates concentrated momentum on one defined pattern or recent event cluster, with an integration plan for the following weeks.

Do staff have to talk about what happened in front of colleagues?

No. Group delivery is structured to avoid forced disclosure.

Can you deliver this online?

Yes. One to one EMDR and parts based work can be delivered online. Team days can be delivered in person or online depending on the organisation and goals.

What if an incident is ongoing or complex?

We scope what is safe and appropriate. If staff need longer term therapy or specialist support, we activate the agreed referral and safeguarding pathways.

How quickly can incident support be delivered?

Incident support is designed for rapid deployment after an event, subject to contracting and safeguarding readiness.

Do you provide reports for HR?

Yes, at a commissioning level. These are focused on delivery, attendance where relevant, and organisational recommendations, not clinical notes.
